Dr Brauwolf was founded in August 2017 by pharmacist and virologist Dr Stefan Wolf, making it the first craft brewery with a tasting bar in the city of Zurich. Guided by the motto "Fresh Local Craft Beer," we pride ourselves on brewing beers that are handmade, fresh, and free from pasteurisation or preservatives. Our lineup features five distinct types of beer, a non-alcoholic hop water, and a special brew that changes monthly to keep things exciting for craft beer enthusiasts.
