Because It

It's Mass Produced

Why Your Beer Sucks

They have convinced us through clever marketing that their mass produced beer is good enough.
Acquired what used to be great brands and watered them down for profit and standardisation,
They have taken the craft out of the brewing.

They’ve made us forget about our past.

Switzerland has been brewing beer for over 1200 years.
Starting with the brewing monks at St. Gallen Monastery in 822AD, to the peak of local brewing in the 1970s,
the rise of the conglomerates in the 1990s, to where we are today, fighting back.

Today the Swiss are fighting back, in 2024 we proudly are home to the highest number of Craft breweries per capita in the world.

Today passionate brewers rejecting mass production for the pursuit of quality and craftsmanship, are more connected to the past than ever before.

“the reason is straightforward, the best beer is local beer”

This is not only a result of brewmasters selecting from the best ingredients (starting at the pristine water of the Swiss Alps) but importantly distance.

The closer you are to the source of production the fresher the beer.
The best beer is and has always been local.

Global transportation means that conventional beer is rarely at its best.
At craftt we realise this, and not only do we deserve fresh cold beer but we believe in respecting the art and craftsmanship. Beer should not be stored for months, exposed to harsh heat or watered down and labelled “light”.

That is why we make sure that your beer comes straight from the brewery to your door.

Standardised shipping means that the best local craft beer is never just sitting in some hot warehouse, but always packaged with care & delivered cold _ ready to enjoy.
