Founded by the Bachelard brothers in Nyon, Brasserie Cap'taine Mousse truly came to life in February 2016. From the very beginning, their mission was to challenge the misconception that Lager beers lack character. They started by producing two craft Lagers whose quality continues to surprise.Since then, the brewery has grown significantly, offering a wide range of recipes, some of which change with the seasons and their creative whims. Brasserie des Vagabonds is a small craft brewery located in the alpine village of Leysin. Drawing inspiration from the festive heritage of our hometown, we create beers that are welcoming and enjoyable for everyone, from seasoned beer lovers to those new to the craft. Originally founded as a weekend hobby by Jackson Bigler and Thomas Vaudroz under the name "BV," the brewery officially became "Brasserie des Vagabonds SNC" in the fall of 2019, with Jackson Bigler, Joey Burns, and Elliott Hébert at the helm. In early 2020, the brewery expanded and moved to the heart of Leysin, where we continue to craft beers that embody the spirit of our village.

We brew top fermentation beers as well as bottom fermentation beers.We like beers that are easy to drink and at the same time have a well-balanced aroma.

The Oerlikon Brewery began in 2015 as a hobby brewery. A few years later\, the business was professionalized through investment in professional brewing equipment and a new team led by Jannis and Nicolas. Since then\, the focus has been on creating innovative yet accessible beers. In addition to our core range of 6 beers\, we focus on limited editions where we push boundaries and lead our customers to exciting\, rare beer styles or fascinating combinations.

We brew various top-fermented ales in the English brewing style, which we like to refine with dry hopping. Seasonally, we offer a variety of beer styles, such as Session IPAs, sour beers, stouts, and we also enjoy offering bottom-fermented lagers.

Chien Bleu, founded in 2018, blends tradition with innovation in every brew. We offer two beer ranges: a regular lineup produced at partner breweries and a reserve range featuring barrel-aged beers. Inspired by Franco-Belgian and German traditions, our beers put a modern twist on classic styles like saison, grisette, and lager.
The Chien Bleu journey began in Geneva in 2016 with Julien Manetti, a medical student passionate about brewing. Joined by Ati Mufwankolo and Nicolas Oggier, the team quickly gained attention, leading to collaborations and a new space dedicated to their craft. Today, Chien Bleu continues to produce exceptional beers, combining quality ingredients with creative brewing techniques.

Dr Brauwolf was founded in August 2017 by pharmacist and virologist Dr Stefan Wolf, making it the first craft brewery with a tasting bar in the city of Zurich. Guided by the motto "Fresh Local Craft Beer," we pride ourselves on brewing beers that are handmade, fresh, and free from pasteurisation or preservatives. All the right signs were there: the sharing of good beers, a bearded brewer, and the image of the thirsty bear on the village emblem.The bearded man is Ruben: a talented self-taught brewer with a keen sense of smell. With his bear-like stubbornness, he quickly found the best ways to brew the beers he loves, India Pale Ales influenced by modern trends and dictated by the watchwords: Juicy & Hazy!The bear from Morrens started small, but dreamed big to refine beers with amazing tastes!"

Founded in 2015 in Geneva by Dr. Xavier Righetti, L'Apaisée specializes in clean hoppy ales and barrel-aged mixed fermentations. The brewery's journey began with Xavier and Laetitia Righetti’s ambitious project, inspired by their 2014 stay in Quebec, where they fell in love with the local craft beer scene. Enthralled by hoppy IPAs, Xavier started brewing his own beer in his Geneva kitchen, dissatisfied with the local offerings. With the help of friends and after numerous experiments, he acquired a more advanced brewing system designed by Daniel Michel and set up his brewery in a friend's space at the Vélodrome.
In 2018, L'Apaisée moved to a larger facility in Geneva, enabling increased production with new equipment and larger fermenters. The brewery is known for using organic ingredients and crafting original beers. In 2019, Xavier and his partners opened La Jonquille, a bar that quickly became a go-to spot for enjoying their artisanal brews.

Ravenhead Brewery is a microbrewery from Graubünden. Sam Murdoch (yes, my brother) has been brewing craft beer in Rhäzüns since 2014. He has been on the Swiss market with his first Pale Ale since summer 2018

"Since 2015, we have been brewing Craft Beer in Bülach, Zurich on a 1000 litre brewhouse.We run a BrewPub with a large beer garden and the guests look directly onto the fermentation tanks and the brewery. John, the brewer, went the classic route from home brewer and now brews just under 200,000 litres a year together with a team of 3."

"We brew 6 standard varieties, which are available all year round.These are classic beer styles such as Hell, IPA, Pale Ale, Dark Lager, Märzen, Amber.However, the experimental beers are our speciality - we have concentrated on very hoppy, hazy DIPAs with a lot of flavour and fruitiness and Kettle Sours. With the sours, we work with 100% fruit puree and work with guava, blackberry, yuzu, etc."

Tingel Tangel BEER is the brainchild of Theresa and Felix, two passionate brewers from Zurich’s Kreis 4. Their story is one of tradition meeting innovation: Felix, hailing from a long line of Bavarian brewers whose first brewpub dates back to the 17th century, teamed up with Theresa in 2016 to bring their shared love of craft beer to life. Together, they’ve carved out a niche with their heavily hopped IPAs, and their dedication to the craft was recognized in 2022 when their "Two Horses in a Lambo" was crowned IPA (New England) of the year at the prestigious Meininger's International Craft Beer Award.

In 2020, David Santiago founded a brewing project with a simple mission: to create exciting, lower ABV beers, without compromising flavor, balance or depth.Pairing the passion for beer with the visual universe of local artist and friend, Balthasar Bosshard (Wonky Studio), Welcome Stranger was formed.Our core range of beers are mostly modern interpretations of classic styles; carefully unraveled, thoroughly explored, and respectfully reformed using new ingredients, alternative techniques and modern brewing knowledge.

Welcome Stranger currently produces at several breweries throughout Switzerland, although plans are ongoing for a permanent production facility in Winterthur."Generally, I focus on producing flavorful, well-balanced beers with a more modest alcohol content (3-5%). That being said...I enjoy a strong, rich barleywine as much as the next guy.
