Sour beers offer a unique tartness and complexity that set them apart. These beers, produced with wild yeasts or bacteria, deliver a puckering quality and can be intensely fruity, herbaceous, or even slightly salty.

They're an excellent addition to your fall beer selection, providing a zesty contrast to rich dishes or simply offering something different for curious palates.
